Training: AI Presence Manager
The base training for whoever will put brands inside the answers of Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot. Ten modules: what to learn, what to monitor every week and how to charge for it.
Included in the partner program. Certification by the first client's measured scoreboard, not by exam.
The profession in one number
lessons in ten modules, from fundamentals to pricing
Search became an answer, and someone has to put the brand inside it
In 2026 the question is asked to an AI and the answer comes ready, with two or three brands cited. The click disappears, the site fades into the background and the decision happens in the answer. Nobody owns this today: SEO measures position, social measures reach, and presence in the answer has no owner.
The AI Presence Manager is the professional who measures how often the brand appears in answers, diagnoses what blocks it, fixes the site and the authority, publishes the content the AI cites, monitors every week and charges for a number the client understands.
- Today AI Overviews and AI Mode on Google, answers with sources in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. The brand has to be citable.
- Next agents that research, compare and buy on the user's behalf. The brand has to be machine-readable: structured data, price, stock, policies.
- Later answers personalized by person and place. The brand has to be present region by region, with local proof.
The training is built for all three moments: what counts today, what you prepare now and what you measure when it arrives.
Ten modules, 40 lessons, one deliverable per module
Each module ends with something done for a real client, on the platform. By the end, the professional has the portfolio and the measured scoreboard that back the certification.
How AIs answer
What changes when search becomes an answer. Retrieval, synthesis, citation. Entity, knowledge graph, RAG and agents. Why the brand has to exist as an entity before it exists as a page.
- Link search and answer search: what people do differently
- Retrieval, synthesis and citation: the path from a question to the brand showing up
- Entity, knowledge graph and the difference between being known and being cited
- Agents that research and buy: the customer who never opens your site
What you deliver: A map of the answer journey for a sector, with the points where the brand can get in.
The engines, one by one
Google with AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT and its search, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing with Copilot, Claude. How each one reads, what each one cites, which crawlers they use and how often they come back.
- Google: AI Overviews, AI Mode and what is still organic position
- ChatGPT: browsing, the search crawler and the linked citation
- Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot: sources, frequency and the weight of each by sector
- The AI crawlers: who they are, what they ask of your server and how to receive them
What you deliver: The engine table for the client's sector: who answers, who cites and how much each weighs.
Measuring with a denominator
AI presence only exists as a number when the number comes with the total of checks beside it. How to build a sector's test questions, sample regions, repeat on the right cycle and publish without making things up.
- Test questions: how a sector really asks, in ten different ways
- Sampling by region and by engine, and the sample size that supports a percentage
- The cycle: every week on Google, every two weeks on the AIs, and why
- The AI Presence Index: how the public data is built and how to use it in sales
What you deliver: The client's first measured scoreboard: percentage, checks, engines and regions.
Technical diagnosis: the eight layers
The Technical Score as a working method. Access, entity, evidence, knowledge, external presence, content, structure and markup. The weight of each layer, what blocks the others and the order of fixes.
- Access: robots, headers, speed and what stops the crawler before anything else
- Structured data: what Google requires per page type, and how to validate it
- llms.txt, sitemaps and the file that guides how AIs read
- Entity and evidence: author, organization, proof and the page that answers
What you deliver: The client's full technical audit, ordered by impact on the score.
Entity and authority
Making the brand exist beyond its own site: profiles, listings, mentions in sources the AIs cite, reviews and consistency of name, address and phone. What builds trust for a machine.
- Knowledge Graph, Wikidata and the listings AIs read first
- Mentions that count: where AIs look for proof about a sector
- Reviews and reputation: what goes into the answer and what sinks the brand
- Consistency: the same name, address and phone everywhere, always
What you deliver: The brand's authority plan: fifteen sources, priority and deadline.
Content the AI cites
A page that answers a whole question, with your own data, an identified author and a date. Pillar and satellite structure, updates with judgment and what to avoid: generic text, no source, no number.
- The anatomy of the cited page: question, direct answer, proof, context, author
- Pillar and satellite: how one topic becomes forty pages that hold each other up
- Your own data: the one thing the AI cannot get anywhere else
- Updates and validity: when to rewrite, when to date, when to delete
What you deliver: Ten answer pages published for the client, with author and proof.
Local and multi-location
AI presence region by region: business profile, pages per location, the right phone and address in every place. Chains with dozens or hundreds of locations, without doing them one by one.
- The business profile as primary source: fields, photos, hours, questions
- One page per location that answers the local question, without becoming a copy
- Chains and franchises: import, generate in bulk and review by sample
- Region in measurement: how the same term changes answer by city
What you deliver: A chain of locations live and measured by region.
Monitoring and alerts
The work of every week. What to watch, what is normal, what demands action today, and how to turn monitoring into a report the client understands without translation.
- Citation and position by engine: the week's reading and the month's trend
- Competitors in the answer: who got in, who dropped out and why
- Reputation and hallucination: when the AI gets the brand wrong, and what to do
- Environment changes: blocked crawlers, access drops, algorithm and new engines
What you deliver: The client's monthly report: one page, measured, with the month's action.
Operating with AI agents
A manager does not write a thousand pages: they run a pipeline. Plan, write, review and publish with agents, deterministic gates that block what is wrong, and cost measured per unit of output.
- The pipeline: who plans, who writes, who reviews and where the person decides
- Gates: code-based checks before publishing, or a thousand pages become a thousand problems
- Cost per page, per article and per monitored term, measured and not estimated
- Autopilot with judgment: what runs on its own and what always goes through you
What you deliver: A pipeline configured for a client, with gates and a known unit cost.
The business: how to charge
A profession exists when someone pays for it. Scope, deliverables, pricing models, contract and the monthly proof of value. How to present a measured result and how to turn down the wrong client.
- The four models: setup plus monthly, per brand, per region and per measured result
- A scope that fits on one page: what is in, what is out and what is extra
- The professional's math: hours, tool cost, margin and the price per client
- Contract, minimum term, monthly report and the right moment to raise the price
What you deliver: Your service menu, with scope, deliverables and price, ready to present.
The professional's routine, week by week
AI presence is not a project with an end: it is an operation. This is the list the manager follows, and that the platform automates where it can.
Every week
- Presence by engine on Google and AI Overviews, with the total of checks
- Organic position of the terms that support the answer
- AI crawler access: blocks, errors and speed
- Reputation alerts: new review, negative mention, the AI getting the brand wrong
Every two weeks
- Citation in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, per test question
- Competitors that entered or left the answer
- New pages published and pages that lost citation
- Valid structured data and the llms.txt live
Every month
- The one-page report: number, trend, action taken, next action
- A fifteen-minute meeting with the client, about the number and not about tasks
- Scope review: what became an extra, what dropped out
- Unit cost of the operation, compared with the previous month
Four models, a one-page scope and the monthly proof
Module 10 is what separates the curious from the professional. You leave with your service menu: what is included, what is extra, what it costs you to operate and what to charge per client.
Setup + monthly fee
Diagnosis and initial fixes charged once; monitoring, content and reporting every month. It is the model most start with, because it separates the big upfront effort from the ongoing work.
Per brand
A fixed price per monitored brand, with a defined scope of engines, regions and pages per month. Scales well for an agency with a portfolio, because the client's bill stays predictable.
Per region
For chains and local businesses: each city or region is a line in the proposal. The client gets it, because that is how they already think about their operation.
Per measured result
A smaller fixed part and a variable part tied to the scoreboard: presence above a threshold, terms that entered the answer. It only works with denominator-based measurement, otherwise it becomes an argument.
The math the course teaches: the manager's hours per client per month, plus the platform cost per unit (pages, articles, monitored terms), plus margin. That gives the minimum price. Above it, the price is what the measured scoreboard justifies in front of the client.
By the scoreboard, not by exam
The AI Presence Manager certificate is issued when three things exist: the ten modules completed, a real client measured on the platform for at least eight weeks and the monthly report presented. It is verifiable, because the number is on screen.
- Ten modules with each one's deliverable done
- One client measured for eight weeks, with a denominator
- One report of one page, presented to the client
What you use from the first lesson
- Technical Score and Vynco's free tools
- Citation Monitoring across the platform's ten engines
- AI Presence Index by sector and region
- Search Console, business profile and markup validators
- AI Agents of the platform, with gates and cost per unit
Start by finding out where you stand
Before any lesson: use the tools and see, on your own site, the size of the problem. We do not ask you to sign up for that.
Four recorded classes, free
Short lessons, to watch in any order, as many times as you like. It is the entire basic course: understanding what changed in search before touching the site.
Why search broke apart
Google, AI answers and social split the same question across three places. What that did to your site.
How an AI chooses who to cite
What the machine reads, what it ignores, and why repeating keywords stopped working.
What to look at on your site
The signals that tell you whether your site is legible to Google and to AI, before touching anything.
The mistakes that sink a page
The four that show up most in audits, and the fix for each one.
The lessons are being recorded. Whoever signs up now gets access as soon as the first one is released, and pays nothing for it.
Two courses: one to understand, one to do
The basics are free and you do them whenever you like. The advanced one is live, with a cohort, and ends with your site published.
Basic course
No card, no deadline. You watch whenever you want.
- The four recorded lessons of the basics
- You watch in whatever order and pace you want
- It stays in your account, to review whenever you need
- No card, no commitment
Full course
With access to the platform during the course.
- Everything in the basic course, deeper
- A keyword study of your business, built during the class
- Pages generated and published on your domain
- Monitoring set up, with the first measurement scheduled
- Access to the Vynco platform during the course
- Recording of every session
Four classes. One deliverable in each.
No session ends with theory alone. Each one produces something finished, built with your own business on screen.
Where you stand today
Why search broke apart between Google, AI answers and social. How an AI decides to cite a brand: what it reads, what it ignores, and why repeating keywords stopped working.
What people ask
Choosing the searches that are worth money instead of the ones that bring volume. The difference between a term typed into Google and a question asked of an AI, and why the second is easier to win.
Put it live
Content the AI cites: a direct answer up front, structure the machine understands, verifiable data instead of adjectives. And the quality gate that decides whether the page may be published.
Know whether it worked
Measuring Google position and AI citation side by side. Why the measurement is weekly and not daily. And the rule that applies to every number that comes out of here.
What Vynco does
Four things, done thoroughly. That is what turns the course into a result instead of notes.
Audit
Eight layers and 56 checks, from access to markup. Every finding with its fix beside it.
Monitoring
Google position every week and AI citation every 15 days. Not a one-day snapshot: the curve.
Site creation
Page hierarchy, clean URLs, structured data and coverage by region. See the screen.
Content creation
Pages, articles and product descriptions, with automatic checks before they exist.
Join the cohort list
Cohort zero is closed and live. Few seats, direct guidance, and every student leaves with one client measured.
You get the free basic course as soon as the first class is released, and the advanced cohort opening before anyone else.
